Successfully applying for

rental properties doesn’t

have to be stressful.

To successfully apply for a property using realestate.com.au Rental Applications, you will need to follow the steps below:

 

1. Visit realestate.com.au or download the realestate.com.au app (iOS and Android)

2. Visit the Rent section of the website or click the ‘Rent’ tab at the top of the page.
3. Search the state, suburb or postcode that you are looking to rent in.
4. Click on the property listing that you are interested in applying for.
5. Click the red ‘Apply’ button.

 

At the time of completing your application, you can also invite other people to apply for the property with you as a joint application.
